Conference Reservation Cancellation Policy

• Paid conference registrations can be transferred to someone within the same company at no additional cost
• Full refunds if cancellation notice is received by August 15, 2008
• 50% refunds if cancellation notice is received by September 12, 2008
• No refunds after September 12, 2008
