The Registration Fee is:

The registration fee includes the entire conference program, lunch, dinner and entertainment on Wednesday as well as breakfast and lunch on Thursday.  Hotel accommodation costs are additional. 

• Early registration fee of only $225 through August 15th, 2011!
• $250 registration fee from 8/16-8/30
• $275 registration fee from 9/1-9/15
• $300 registration after 9/15

Conference Cancellation Policy:

• Paid conference registrations can be transferred to someone within the same company for a one-time $25 processing fee.
• Full refunds are provided if the cancellation request is received by August 15, 2011.
• A 50% refund will be given if the cancellation is received by September 1, 2011.
• No refunds for cancellations after September 1, 2011.
• Cancellation requests should be emailed to Kathleen.fredendall@cboki.com
