The
2008 Great Lakes Relocation Conference is being held at
the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati on September 25-26, 2008!
Our goal is
to encourage sponsorship and lower the cost of the conference.
If you are interested in
sponsorship or donating for the Grand Prize Drawing complete
this form.
Please note that sponsorship includes one paid registration for the conference.
Service provider
attendance is still restricted to one attendee for each
corporate member.
(50/50 ratio)
Each service
provider must have a corporate sponsor who is a member of one of
the regional groups participating in the GLRC.

Level One Sponsorship
Includes:

one conference registration

Display
booth and sponsorship of the GLRC, which will include the
provider names, address and contact information in the GLRC
program

The booth
(a table 8” x 30”) will be provided, including table skirt,
but NO electric will be included. Custom booths are not
allowed due to space constraints – table top booths are ok.

Recognition will be made through out the conference and
evening event

Signage
listing the names of the sponsors will be displayed

The
sponsors name will be announced at lunch
-
Special
signage will be displayed during the coffee breaks

Exposure
on the Great Lakes Website

Give-aways and raffles at the
booth are encouraged. Raffle winners will be announced at
the end of the conference
